Foundry Division

Melting

   
We are taking care of quality during the melting process at below steps:

The selection and quality of raw materials is essential and all incoming materials are rigorously checked for quality before acceptance to ensure that the process maintains its consistency in promoting right principles for material specification and product quality.

The company has a policy of selecting suppliers and they are evaluated on the basis of suppliers ability to meet quality requirements.

Casting

   
During the pouring (casting) process we make sure that quality is maintained, so we consider these steps:
  • Spinning Time
  • Rotation Speed
  • Weight
  • Temperature

Machining division

   
We are taking care of quality during machining process at below steps:
  • Dimensions
  • Honing Profile
  • Roughness
  • Surface Condition

 

The machining facilities are organized and developed to meet and exceed our customer’s requirements for high-quality products delivered at right time in correct volumes. These key requirements are defined at the earlier stages and all are controlled throughout the process with the use of Statistical Process control and Automotive in the process and Post-process gauging providing precise measurement at controlled temperatures.

Semi Finishing

   
Quality is the basic principle for the company's success.

We are taking care of quality during the semi-finished stage of the manufacturing process at below steps.
  • Visual Inspection
  • Metallographic Inspection
  • Hardness Test

Finishing

   
Before final dispatch of finished products are passed through various final quality steps to ensure international standards.
  • Final Inspection / Acceptance
  • Liquid Penetrate Inspection
  • Ultrasonic Examination
  • Protection/Packing

Especially the bore of Cylinder Liner is machined in two stages to achieve best surface topography.

Two steps include fine honing and Plateau honing which gives the desired structure with its plateaux and valley. The valley acts as oil retaining volumes supporting the lubrication and the plateaux with their high load bearing capacity give a wear resistant surface.

Thus plateau honing aids break-in of piston surfaces and promotes precise limits, minimizing oil consumption and eliminating ring scuffing.
